Selecting your apartment:
The choice is yours! Simply request a current price list from our team or visit our website for the current availability. We will gladly recommend the best possible choice available with our expertise. Once you have the site and floor plans together with the price list you can now choose the perfect apartment for you.

Reserving you apartment:
To reserve your apartment a €2000 deposit is required. A deposit contract will be signed as proof of payment, at this stage your new apartment will be taken off the market and the purchase price secured. The €2000 will then be deducted from the amount of your next payment upon private purchase contract. One of our consultants will offer you guidance throughout the whole process.

Your next step:
You will now need to appoint a certified lawyer to act on your behalf. Veko Group has independent English speaking lawyers we highly recommend.
A private purchase contract will then be drawn up for you to proceed with your purchase. Upon signing this contract you will pay your first stage payment (minus the reservation deposit).
*Please note the private purchase contract with the first stage payment will need to be completed within 4 weeks of the reservation deposit being paid, to secure your apartment and price.

You are now the proud owner of your new apartment from Veko Group. By this time you will have been dealing with our consultants and aware that we are here to work with you throughout the buying process and after sales from Legal requirements, reminders, furnishings, mortgages and more, not forgetting, should you wish to meet us to view the area and your new property we will assist you with the travel arrangements.
