PROPERTY
MANAGEMENT:
Each apartment will be charged 12 euros per square
meter per year (VAT included) as a maintenance fee
for the apartment and overall up keep of the site
including all common areas.
PAYMENT
TERMS:
- 30% is paid when Preliminary Contract is sign
- 70% on completion - June 2007

HOW
TO RESERVE AN APARTMENT:
To reserve your apartment a deposit of 2000 Euro
is required. A Deposit Contract is signed as a proof
of the payment. At this point your mountain apartment
will be removed from the market. This amount of
money
is deducted from the final scheduled payment when
a Ownership Contract for the purchase of the chalet
is
signed with Veko Estate Ltd.
