PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:
Each chalet will be charged Twelve euro per square
meter (VAT Incl.) per year as a maintenance fee
for the chalet and overall up keep of the site including
all common areas.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- 30% is paid at the commencement of the chalet
construction.
- 70% on completion June 2007
The VAT element is INCLUDED
in the price.
HOW
TO RESERVE A CHALET:
To reserve your chalet a deposit of 2000 Euro is
required. A Deposit Contract is signed as a proof
of the payment. At this point your mountain chalet
will be removed from the market. This amount of
money is deducted from the final scheduled payment
when a Ownership Contract for the purchase of the
chalet is signed with Veko Estate Ltd.
