PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:
The first year of ownership the management fee is provided free of charge by Veko Estate, the developing company. Thereafter, each chalet will be charged six euros per square metre per year as a maintenance fee for the chalet and overall up keep of the site including all common areas.

PAYMENT TERMS:
- 30% is paid at the commencement of the chalet construction.
- 20% is paid at the completion of the first floor level.
- 30% is paid at the completion of the second floor level including the chalet roof.
- 20% is paid on completion of the chalet and the total site - at which point the ownership of the land and the chalet will be transferred to the buyer.
The VAT element is to be paid with each scheduled payment.

HOW TO RESERVE A CHALET:
To reserve your chalet a deposit of 2000 Euro is required. A Deposit Contract is signed as a proof of the payment. At this point your mountain chalet will be removed from the market. This amount of money is deducted from the final scheduled payment when a Ownership Contract for the purchase of the chalet is signed with Veko Estate Ltd.
